Business Finance Manager

About the role

Elbit Systems is seeking a Business Finance Manager for its Aerospace Division in Haifa. The role focuses on financial management and support for a variety of projects, including building forecasts, budgets, and monitoring performance across sales, receipts, orders, costs, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage project budgets within the business unit, covering sales, costs, and cash‑flow aspects.
• Identify financial risks, track deviations, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare financial forecasts and monitor actual performance against plan and forecast.
• Collaborate daily with program managers, production, engineering, procurement and other interfaces to align planning with execution.

Required profile

• B.A. in Economics or Industrial Engineering and Management (M.A. is an advantage).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial forecasting and budget control.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, independence and solid business acumen.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of English.
• High proficiency with information systems, especially Microsoft Office and ERP applications.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, quick independent learning and ability to lead and coordinate multiple interfaces.
