Bookkeeper (Type 3) – Full-Cycle Finance Role

About the role

Regulus, an agile defense-tech startup developing next-generation counter-uncrewed systems, is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join its Finance team. The role covers end-to-end bookkeeping up to the balance-sheet level, supporting the company’s rapid growth and complex inventory operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, maintain the general ledger, and perform bank and credit-card reconciliations.
• Execute month-end and year-end closing processes through the balance-sheet.
• Oversee inventory records, stock movements and valuations within the ERP, including periodic counts and reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, track expenses and budget lines, and ensure timely settlement of payables and receivables.
• Prepare regular financial reports for management and support tax filings and external audit documentation.
• Process invoices, match purchase orders to receipts, and resolve documentation gaps with internal teams and vendors.
• Handle employee expense reports, corporate credit cards and multi-currency (USD/NIS) transactions.

Required profile

• Certified Bookkeeper (Type 3) – mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on bookkeeping experience.
• Proven expertise with Priority accounting software.
• Experience in companies that manage physical inventory.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
