About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The role involves handling daily bookkeeping tasks for a global operation with multiple entities, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting both team and independent work.

Key responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations in multiple currencies, including deposits and loans.
• Record foreign supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts, handling proforma invoices.
• Prepare electronic funds transfers (EFT) for local suppliers and process payments for foreign suppliers via bank websites.
• Manage and record advance payment processes.
• Collect, process, and record travel‑related expense information.
• Prepare employee expense reports and payments.
• Record and reconcile company credit‑card expenses.
• Review and report VAT on a monthly basis.
• Handle all bookkeeping activities for a fully owned subsidiary, including bank reconciliation, credit‑card expenses, and employee expense reports.
• Perform ad‑hoc bookkeeping tasks as required.

Required profile

• Certified Bookkeeper – Level 3 (Type 3) certificate in accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant bookkeeping experience.
• Experience working in a global environment with multiple entities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
• Proficiency in English for business communication.

Required skills

• Priority ERP system.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with ComBtas (advantage).
