Bar Manager – Tel Aviv

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Bar Manager to lead the bar operation at Soho House in Tel Aviv. The role combines day‑to‑day management with a focus on delivering an exceptional member and guest experience in a high‑volume, upscale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations while maintaining high service standards.
• Motivate, develop and manage the bar team, including scheduling, briefings and training.
• Oversee stock, ordering, inventory, wastage and beverage cost control.
• Support cocktail menus, seasonal drinks and special events.
• Ensure consistency, cleanliness, safety and compliance across the bar.
• Collaborate closely with Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Events teams.
• Handle feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Lead by example during busy service periods.

Required profile

• Previous senior bar leadership experience in a high‑volume hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and overall beverage service.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Hands‑on approach with the capacity to stay calm under pressure.
• Experience managing stock, costs and team performance.
• Passion for hospitality and creating outstanding member and guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fluent English; Hebrew is an advantage.
