Alternative Investments Analyst

About the role

The Alternative Investments Analyst will focus on sourcing and evaluating real‑estate backed credit opportunities across the United States and Europe. You will work closely with senior investment professionals to assess the financial merits of each transaction and support the investment decision process.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze new investment opportunities in real‑estate backed credit, primarily in the U.S. and Europe.
• Conduct real‑estate valuations, build and review financial models, and develop financial projections.
• Assess the financial viability of transactions and create analytical frameworks to support investment decisions.
• Prepare presentation materials and reports for investment committees.
• Work full‑time (Sunday–Thursday) with occasional overtime as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Credit Analyst.
• Proven experience conducting valuations for international real‑estate transactions.
• High level of English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
