Agentic AI Engineer – Product Support

About the role

Cato Networks is seeking a hands‑on Agentic AI Engineer to design and ship AI‑driven solutions that improve internal support workflows. This is a production‑focused role, not research, and requires close collaboration with business teams to turn automation ideas into reliable tools.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business owners to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
• Design and implement agent‑based AI workflows, including LLM‑powered tools using frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain.
• Develop Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines, integrate multiple data sources, and build intelligent automation flows.
• Validate data quality, monitor AI performance, and ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance requirements.
• Document AI flows, decision logic, and operational runbooks, and educate internal teams on AI capabilities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software development experience delivering production‑quality code.
• 2+ years of Generative AI development with a strong focus on LLMs, prompt and context engineering.
• Proactive, independent builder mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work directly with non‑technical stakeholders.
