Account Manager – Remote (Israel)

About the role

Our Account Manager will join DoiT’s AWS sales team in EMEA, working fully remotely from Israel. The role focuses on nurturing existing customer relationships, driving cloud‑based growth opportunities and ensuring 100 % customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of DoiT’s cloud management platform, services and how they meet client needs.
• Own communication with cloud‑vendor teams, highlighting value and revenue‑growth opportunities.
• Manage and resolve customer‑related support escalations to maintain high satisfaction.
• Negotiate and close long‑term commitments with key stakeholders, balancing customer, vendor and company interests.
• Identify new workload and SaaS opportunities within customers’ cloud environments.
• Maintain a regular cadence with the full portfolio of accounts, balancing strategic and emerging clients.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Deliver quarterly business reviews, tracking project timelines, cloud spend and DoiT support performance.
• Identify cost‑optimization opportunities and collaborate with cloud‑vendor sales representatives.

Required profile

• 2 + years experience in Account Management, Customer Success or Customer Engineering.
• 3 + years experience at a technology company.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS, GCP or other major public clouds.
• Background in the FinOps ecosystem.
