Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

CBRE is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations within its Supply Chain function. The role focuses on shipping and receiving activities, inventory accuracy, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading merchandise from trucks and cars.
• Pack and unpack shipments, process, scan, shelve parts, pull orders, and enter data into inventory control systems.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as light painting, carpentry, and tool repairs.
• Organize stockroom and storage areas to improve space utilization.
• Label materials according to required procedures.
• Audit inventory reports with physical checks to ensure system accuracy.
• Follow established procedures to resolve routine problems under supervision.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• May need certification for forklifts, aerial lifts, and power pallet jacks.
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, climb and lift at least 50 lb regularly.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Clear communication for exchanging straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational mindset and basic math skills.
