Verification Engineer, Nitro Team

About the role

As a Verification Engineer on the Nitro Team, you will join Annapurna Labs’ Pre‑silicon Verification group to help develop a next‑generation semiconductor platform for Amazon Web Services. You will work in a fast‑paced, innovative environment alongside talented engineers, contributing to cutting‑edge cloud hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Lead verification activities for new silicon blocks and system‑level features.
• Develop and maintain testbenches using Verilog/SystemVerilog and Specman.
• Apply UVM and coverage‑driven methodologies to ensure thorough validation.
• Collaborate with design and architecture teams to define verification plans.
• Automate test flows and data analysis with scripting languages.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering (transcript required).
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming concepts.
• Experience with hardware verification concepts and tools.

Required skills

• Verilog / SystemVerilog
• Specman
• UVM and coverage‑driven verification
• Python, Perl, Bash or Tcl scripting
• Knowledge of PCIe, processors, Ethernet and DDR interfaces
