UX UI Product Designer

About the role

Datarails is seeking a talented UX/UI Product Designer to shape the next generation of its financial planning SaaS platform. You will work in a fast‑growing, AI‑first environment, turning complex data workflows into intuitive, polished experiences for finance professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design processes for complex products and features, from research and discovery through prototyping and implementation.
• Design intuitive, high‑quality user experiences while contributing to the evolution of the company’s Design System.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Leverage AI tools, including Claude Code, to accelerate research, rapid prototyping, and product development.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product design experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to design complex, data‑rich systems and simplify workflows.
• Strong product thinking and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and working with Design Systems.
