User Acquisition Manager

About the role

Adcore is seeking a passionate User Acquisition Manager to join its elite team in Tel Aviv. You will lead performance‑marketing initiatives for e‑commerce clients, crafting data‑driven strategies that consistently exceed client KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive performance‑marketing strategies for e‑commerce brands.
• Manage hands‑on campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, Microsoft Advertising, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, DV360 and other platforms.
• Conduct ongoing performance analysis, budget management, bid‑strategy optimization, A/B testing and real‑time adjustments to improve ROI.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends and apply insights to refine PPC strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and e‑commerce funnels to identify conversion‑rate optimization opportunities.
• Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on PPC campaign management for e‑commerce brands or agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related analytical field.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to problem‑solving.
