Training Specialist

About the role

Paragon, a fast‑growing cyber intelligence company based in Tel Aviv, is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver learning experiences for its customers and internal teams. The role blends instructional design with live presentation skills, turning complex product features into clear, engaging training.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, marketing and technical experts to gather information on new features and workflows.
• Create training assets such as user guides, slide decks, step‑by‑step tutorials and supporting documentation.
• Maintain and update learning materials to reflect ongoing product development.
• Deliver face‑to‑face or remote training sessions for clients and colleagues, adapting the approach to audience needs.
• Design structured programs (onboarding, certifications, role‑based tracks) and track participation and effectiveness.
• Gather feedback, analyse results and propose improvements to training processes and tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience delivering in‑person and virtual training.
• Native‑level written English with strong grammar; fluent spoken English.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into easy‑to‑understand language.
• Excellent time‑management, detail‑orientation and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.
