Training and Implementation Specialist – Cyber Systems

About the role

The Training and Implementation Specialist will work within a defense organization in Jerusalem, delivering training programs and deploying advanced technological systems. The role blends independent work with cross‑functional teamwork in a highly technical cyber environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate training sessions for new and existing systems.
• Implement and configure cyber‑related processes and tools.
• Lead cross‑organizational initiatives to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Monitor project work plans, track progress, and adjust timelines as needed.
• Initiate and manage organizational projects from concept through execution.
• Collaborate with internal cyber experts and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in system implementation.
• Background in cryptography and open‑source intelligence (OSINT).
• Proven experience delivering training or implementation programs.
• Strong ability to manage cross‑organizational processes and lead projects independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
