Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing fintech company transforming digital payments and financial infrastructure. As a Technical Project Manager you will own technology projects from initial requirements through successful delivery, ensuring they meet timeline, budget, and quality goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology projects end‑to‑end, from planning to execution and delivery.
• Coordinate daily activities across Development, QA, Product, UX/UI, DevOps, Support and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand‑ups and Retrospectives.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, task allocation, budgets and overall delivery progress.
• Communicate with clients, business stakeholders and management to align expectations and provide updates.
• Identify risks, propose preventive solutions and track project KPIs.
• Prepare status reports, document processes and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing software/IT projects in an Agile environment.
• Proven ability to lead Development, QA, UI/UX and Support teams.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of Agile methodologies and writing user stories.
• Experience with Jira, Monday.com or similar project‑management tools.
• Excellent communication, assertiveness and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under high pressure.
• PMP certification (must).
