Technical Delivery Project Manager

About the role

Jifiti is looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of its fintech SaaS solutions. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage scope, timelines, quality and budgets, and embed AI tools into the project management workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full delivery lifecycle from discovery to production, ensuring projects are on time, within scope and on budget.
• Prepare detailed project plans, schedule milestones, and manage resource allocation across internal and third‑party teams.
• Partner with R&D, Product, Data, Support and Implementation to align delivery with business goals and act as the primary customer touchpoint for escalations.
• Provide regular status reports, dashboards and risk mitigation, handling changes in scope and schedule.
• Integrate AI capabilities and tools into status reporting, analysis and other delivery workflows.
• Continuously improve delivery speed, methodology and foster a culture of accountability and customer‑centric excellence.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager on SaaS products, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Proven experience working with international clients and collaborating with R&D and Product teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technical fluency with the ability to understand system architecture, integrations, APIs and testing processes.
