About the role

The company is a leading financial organization seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team. This hands‑on role will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for professional, headquarters and managerial positions, ensuring a smooth candidate journey from sourcing to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, from sourcing and CV screening to interview coordination and placement.
• Conduct phone, face‑to‑face and virtual interviews, evaluating candidates’ experience, competencies and cultural fit.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements, provide market insights and keep them informed throughout the process.
• Manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and support offer negotiations and recruitment closures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably within professional or headquarters environments.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of professionalism and judgment.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and handle several processes at once.
• Full‑time availability and a genuine passion for talent acquisition.
