Vi is a market‑leading Enterprise‑AI platform serving the world’s largest health organizations. We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end sourcing and recruitment efforts across our fast‑growing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle sourcing initiatives, identifying high‑potential candidates across multiple channels.
• Utilize advanced sourcing tools and AI‑driven techniques to build strong talent pipelines.
• Apply creative, out‑of‑the‑box thinking to fill challenging roles.
• Own and optimize the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage.
• Develop and implement scalable recruiting processes for various functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and the CEO to advise on talent strategy and workforce planning.
• Proactively engage passive top talent using diverse sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities for complex operational tasks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience using data analytics and metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness.
