About the role

Moon Active is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join its fast‑growing recruitment team. In this front‑line position you will evaluate and engage high‑potential talent at scale, ensuring a smooth and transparent hiring experience for candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume phone and video interviews, assessing candidates’ skills and potential.
• Create a welcoming, transparent experience for every applicant.
• Partner with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to define role requirements and keep pipelines moving efficiently.
• Proactively source passive top talent using diverse sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Strong passion for behavioral interviewing in a high‑volume environment.
• High empathy and commitment to delivering a top‑tier candidate experience.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Proactive, self‑motivated attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.

Required skills

• Experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
