System Administrator – Linux, Windows

About the role

RAD is seeking an experienced System Administrator to design, implement, and support the enterprise infrastructure across Linux, Windows, and virtualization platforms. The role ensures highly available, secure, and scalable IT services while driving automation, monitoring, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Manage Nutanix AHV infrastructure, including VM lifecycle, storage, networking, HA, and capacity planning.
• Install, configure, upgrade, patch, migrate, and troubleshoot servers and infrastructure services.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, PKI/Certificate Services, IIS, Apache, and Nginx.
• Design, implement, and maintain monitoring with Zabbix, creating templates, dashboards, and alerts.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and proactively improve reliability and security.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex Linux, Windows, virtualization, networking, and application issues.
• Participate in planned maintenance, after‑hours support, and disaster‑recovery activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise infrastructure administration experience.
• Strong Linux and Windows Server administration skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Nutanix AHV and related tools.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, PKI, SSL/TLS, IIS, Apache, and Nginx.
• Proficiency in Zabbix and automation tools such as Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• High‑level English proficiency for interaction with international stakeholders.
