System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our IT/Technology team. The role combines hands‑on systems administration, troubleshooting, network management, and user support to maintain a stable and secure IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support and troubleshooting for end users.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade hardware, software, operating systems, and network components across Windows and Mac environments.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and authentication in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related platforms.
• Maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and related components.
• Configure and maintain endpoint security, antivirus/anti‑malware solutions, and access controls.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security, performing regular updates, patching, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, system, and network issues.
• Support cloud‑based systems and enterprise IT platforms.
• Create and maintain accurate technical documentation, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, security, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar IT infrastructure role.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of Windows system administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365/Office 365 and Active Directory.
• Practical experience with networking, network protocols, and infrastructure.
• Experience configuring firewalls, access controls, and endpoint security.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
