System Administrator

About the role

The System Administrator will be the single point of contact for all IT activities at TytoCare, providing day‑to‑day support, managing cloud‑based services, and ensuring the security and reliability of the company’s infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver global help‑desk support to employees, contractors, service providers and partners, troubleshooting hardware, software, access and connectivity issues.
• Administer Azure AD (Entra), Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint and related cloud services.
• Manage cloud storage permissions, backup processes for SharePoint, G‑Suite and other platforms.
• Control endpoints with Intune, JAMF and other MDM solutions.
• Oversee the IT infrastructure of the Israel office, including network, workstations, conference rooms, intercom, alarm and security camera systems, and IoT equipment.
• Handle software and hardware procurement, licensing and inventory across all locations.
• Coordinate with external IT suppliers for projects and escalation support.
• Participate in the security incident response team and implement new IT processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, system administration or a similar role, preferably in a cloud‑focused environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple, competing projects and issues.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive “can‑do” attitude.
• Team player who can collaborate across global teams.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 administration (Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• Experience with Windows and macOS; Linux knowledge is a plus.
• Understanding of network protocols, VPNs, firewalls and IT security best practices.
• MDM tools such as Intune and JAMF.
• PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with additional cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) is advantageous.
