System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a System Administrator to join a leading company in the central region. You will be part of an innovative environment that combines advanced IT infrastructures with continuous technological improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain existing systems while introducing new technologies.
• Manage subcontractors and service providers.
• Provide technical support to operations and call‑center teams.
• Analyze requirements and define suitable technological solutions.
• Prepare work plans, monitor timelines and ensure execution.
• Contribute to proposal writing and product roadmap definition for your area of expertise.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Administrator.
• Proven experience in operating systems and networking environments.
• Experience with virtualization, Microsoft environments, LAN/WAN communication, cyber security, backup, monitoring and control systems.
• Knowledge of information security and data communication is an advantage.
• Strong ability to write technical specifications and documentation.
