System Administrator – Government Office

About the role

The position is for a System Administrator supporting a government office in Tel Aviv. You will work under the guidance of a Team Lead or Technology Domain Manager, ensuring the reliability of Windows server environments, storage, and backup solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain physical and virtual servers.
• Support software and image deployment using SCCM.
• Perform system monitoring, backups and basic restores.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 infrastructure support.
• Conduct periodic on‑site visits to regional locations and administration schools across Israel.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a System Administrator.
• Proven experience managing Windows Server environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory (user creation, groups, NTFS permissions, DNS, DHCP, LAPS, GPO).
• Experience with SCCM for software and image deployment (Sysprep, image management).
• Familiarity with daily log reviews and basic troubleshooting of Commvault backup systems.
