Supply Chain Planner

About the role

We are seeking a highly effective Supply Chain Planner to manage a semiconductor supply chain with multiple products, collaborating closely with internal and external cross‑functional teams. The role combines production planning and new‑product‑introduction (NPI) responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery and optimal material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Own production plans for multiple production lines and coordinate daily communications with suppliers.
• Interact directly with customers on demand forecasts and delivery commitments.
• Manage NPI from concept to production, including strategic supplier selection, capacity balancing, qualification planning, pilot builds and bill‑of‑materials availability.
• Analyze constraints, develop mitigation plans and report status to leadership.
• Develop long‑term supply strategies, contingency plans and maintain KPIs and dashboards.
• Release procurement of BOM components and oversee material flow across foundries, assembly/test houses and contract manufacturers.
• Track work‑in‑process, inventory levels and shortages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial management, supply chain management, engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Required skills

• Experience with fabless semiconductor manufacturing processes (strongly preferred).
• Proven experience in NPI project management and procurement processes.
• Ability to provide strategic direction that influences business outcomes.
