Sr. Demand Generation Manager

About the role

Intezer is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own and scale online demand generation across paid channels, sponsorships, influencer partnerships, ABM, email, webinars and website conversion. You will have full budget ownership, experiment with new tools and tactics, and drive ROI that feeds the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Manage paid acquisition on platforms such as LinkedIn and Google Ads, preferably in‑house without agency reliance.
• Own website conversion rates, create and optimise demo request and landing pages.
• Design and execute end‑to‑end demand‑gen programs including influencer campaigns, content sponsorships, paid podcasts and webinars.
• Build and run email programs, grow the prospect database and maintain high engagement.
• Collaborate with field marketing on event promotion and ABM initiatives.
• Work with product marketing to improve organic social performance.
• Manage the marketing budget across all channels and programs.
• Test AI tools and develop AI agents to automate and enhance marketing workflows.

Required profile

• Proven demand‑generation experience in B2B SaaS, preferably cybersecurity.
• Hands‑on paid media expertise on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset: set targets, measure results and optimise.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to build AI‑driven solutions.
• Comfort owning a budget and being accountable for pipeline and brand outcomes.
