About the role
We are looking for a talented Software Team Leader to drive the development of our autonomous counter‑drone solution. You will guide a small, highly skilled team from concept through field testing, ensuring robust, secure software that protects critical infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation and field validation of new features for our micro‑services ecosystem.
- Facilitate daily Scrum activities for a team of 5‑7 software and QA engineers.
- Provide hands‑on coding support, especially in C++ and Python, when needed.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate emerging technologies.
- Maintain high code quality through profiling, testing and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience leading Scrum teams.
- Strong background in C++, Python and Linux environments.
- Solid understanding of object‑oriented design principles.
- Passion for learning new technologies and strong communication skills.
