Software Engineer, Storage

About the role

NVIDIA is looking for a Software Engineer to join its Storage Software team. You will design and deliver innovative user‑space applications and kernel‑space drivers that power next‑generation storage solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end development of major features in both user‑space and kernel applications.
• Maintain and enhance Linux kernel storage drivers.
• Contribute to cutting‑edge storage technology and emulation solutions.
• Collaborate with global partners and customers to integrate and support storage products.
• Drive performance tuning, usability improvements, and test automation.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of professional experience developing in C/C++.
• Strong experience with Linux development environments.
• Self‑motivated learner with the ability to quickly acquire new technical knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• C/C++ programming.
• Linux operating system.
• Linux kernel development (driver experience preferred).
