Site Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Site Manager to lead construction activities on high-density residential projects. The role involves ensuring safety, quality, and timely progress on-site while coordinating tools, equipment, and work plans. The position works Sunday‑Thursday with alternating Fridays and welcomes candidates of any gender.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safety training for contractors and conduct daily morning safety briefings.
• Supervise and monitor work execution, progress, and compliance with schedules.
• Manage tools and equipment, perform building inspections, and order necessary supplies.
• Open and oversee work plans, ensuring proper documentation and coordination.
• Inspect work quality, uphold high standards, and address repairs or issues promptly.

Required profile

• Certified Site Manager.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing high-density residential structural construction projects.
• Assertive, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
