Site Logistics Contractor – Data Center Support

About the role

Our client, a well‑regarded global organisation, is expanding its site logistics team in Shoham. As a Site Logistics Contractor you will support day‑to‑day logistics operations in a data‑center environment, ensuring materials move efficiently, inventory stays accurate and projects are well supported.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming deliveries in the data centre, both physically and in the system.
• Handle receiving of devices and consumables and store them securely.
• Perform ad‑hoc shipment expediting and verify physical material through warehouses.
• Maintain and organise on‑site storage areas and build project pallets for deployment.
• Pull, prepare and coordinate shipments of materials to other sites or warehouses.
• Support and escalate urgent data‑center material requests and assist with emergent logistics needs.
• Conduct weekly device inventory scans and perform cycle counts according to ABC analysis.
• Investigate discrepancies on site and in warehouses and manage Return to Stock processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, warehouse or materials handling, preferably in a data‑center environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work physically and operate inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Reliable, punctual and able to start on site at 7:30 am.
• Fluent English; eligible to live and work in Israel.
• Willing to operate as an independent contractor.
