Senior Security Researcher – Identity & SaaS (Cortex Cloud)

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Senior Security Researcher to lead investigations at the intersection of Identity, SaaS, and Cloud infrastructure. You will translate complex research into actionable guidance and help shape the security posture of our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead investigations into risks associated with SaaS, Identity, and Cloud platforms and how they integrate within broader environments.
• Analyze functional “how‑to” aspects of cloud services to identify inherent risks and develop secure implementation strategies.
• Research real‑world attacker methodologies and convert them into practical mitigation guidance.
• Design and execute high‑fidelity attack simulations in lab settings, focusing on identity‑based and SaaS threats.
• Create comprehensive research outcomes that guide customers on secure service usage from the ground up.
• Foster a culture of excellence within a diverse team, sharing insights that influence future cloud and identity security products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of modern adversary TTPs and attack methodologies.
• Experience designing and executing simulated attack scenarios in lab environments.
