Senior Sales Manager – Europe

About the role

Commtact is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead its sales and business development across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Commtact’s sales and business development activities across Europe, with responsibility for assigned territories and strategic accounts.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies, including pipeline development, sales forecasting, and achievement of sales targets.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities while developing long-term relationships with customers, OEMs, UAV manufacturers, integrators, and strategic partners.
• Drive both direct and channel sales, including distributors, business partners, and system integrators.
• Manage complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through proposal, negotiation, and closing, working closely with Pre‑Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities and expand Commtact’s market presence.
• Represent Commtact at customer meetings, exhibitions, conferences, demonstrations, and industry events across Europe.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in Europe, preferably in communications, electronics, defense, or related technology industries.
• Proven track record in complex B2B sales, including direct and channel sales.
• Strong knowledge and network within the European UAV / unmanned systems ecosystem – a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to develop territories, build and manage sales pipelines, establish new accounts, and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong commercial and business‑development mindset with a technical orientation.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
