Senior Product Quality Manager

About the role

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Product Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives for networking IC products. You will shape and sustain a robust quality management system, ensuring products meet the highest standards from design through production.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the quality function across the organization.
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve an effective quality management system.
• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with organizational goals and customer expectations.
• Drive problem‑solving tools, prevention methods, and quality‑at‑source practices.
• Maintain and enhance product build development, verification, and validation processes throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, material science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in leadership and manufacturing environments, preferably in semiconductor or networking hardware.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor design and process technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, project management, and analytical abilities.
