Senior Product Quality and Reliability Engineer

About the role

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Product Quality and Reliability Engineer to lead quality initiatives for its networking system products. You will ensure product readiness for high‑volume manufacturing, drive root‑cause analysis, and implement proactive risk‑mitigation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own product quality and reliability performance for networking system products.
• Maintain product health through structured metrics, alerts, and regular health reviews.
• Lead problem‑solving and risk‑assessment activities for issues arising in production or from customers.
• Ensure products are ready for high‑volume manufacturing and scale.
• Manage customer quality issues and coordinate resolution across functions.
• Drive critical quality processes such as CRB, PCN, and MRB reviews.
• Champion continuous improvement across design, verification, validation, and manufacturing throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience leading quality for multidisciplinary products (electrical, mechanical, process).
• Proven matrix‑management experience in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact at all management levels.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management capabilities.
