Senior Product Manager, Hotels

About the role

Navan is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Hotels experience within its Navan Edge team. You will shape an AI‑driven, conversational booking journey that helps business travelers find and book hotels quickly and confidently.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end hotel product experience, from search to post‑booking engagement.
• Design AI‑powered, agentic workflows that guide users through search, comparison, selection and checkout.
• Identify and eliminate friction points across the hotel funnel and define a roadmap to boost conversion rates.
• Partner with AI, data and engineering teams to improve ranking, personalization, filters and explanatory messaging.
• Plan, execute and analyze A/B tests on search results, detail pages, checkout flows and AI‑assisted experiences.
• Integrate hotel booking with the broader travel itinerary, including flights, restaurants, calendar sync and proactive travel use cases.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer, marketplace, travel, e‑commerce, AI or SaaS products.
• Proven experience building hotel, lodging or travel‑marketplace products (strongly preferred).
• Deep understanding of AI‑enabled, agentic product thinking and conversion optimization.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience in funnel dashboards, cohort analysis, A/B testing and behavioral analytics.
• Strong sense of what a fast, clear, trustworthy and personalized hotel shopping experience should feel like.
