Senior Product Designer

About the role

We are a fast‑moving travel‑tech company seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of our new B2B platform, Skyo, and shape upcoming mobile and web experiences. You will own the full design lifecycle, turning complex problems into simple, user‑focused solutions that reach real customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own product design end‑to‑end, from discovery and user flows to polished interfaces, developer handoff and design review.
• Design clear and intuitive B2B experiences for Skyo, including dashboards, onboarding, forms, permissions and operational workflows.
• Define and design the upcoming mobile app from its earliest stages.
• Create and scale a design system with reusable components and consistent principles.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and leadership to translate business needs, user feedback and technical constraints into practical solutions.
• Conduct user research, test ideas, analyze feedback and continuously improve the experience.
• Occasionally design high‑impact landing pages, website sections and marketing assets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably SaaS, B2B platforms or complex systems.
• Strong product thinking with the ability to define problems before proposing solutions.
• Excellent UX and UI skills, capable of simplifying complex workflows.
• End‑to‑end ownership mindset, delivering projects from concept to implementation with minimal oversight.
• Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Portfolio that demonstrates process, decisions and impact, not just visual polish.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including components, prototypes, responsive design and design systems.
• Experience building or scaling design systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design principles.
