Senior IT System Administrator (Hybrid Environment)

About the role

A leading global organization is looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator to manage, maintain, and continuously improve its IT infrastructure in a modern hybrid environment. The role owns business‑critical systems, ensuring high availability, performance, resilience, and operational continuity while collaborating with global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure end‑to‑end.
• Own and support servers, virtualization platforms, Cloud and SaaS environments, and core enterprise systems.
• Implement and maintain networking, storage, backup, monitoring, cybersecurity, and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Lead infrastructure and technology transformation projects from planning through execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues at an expert level.
• Manage relationships with vendors and technology partners, evaluating and implementing new solutions.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, regulatory, and business‑continuity requirements.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders across multiple locations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator in a global organization.
• Proven experience working in hybrid environments that combine on‑premise and cloud infrastructures.
• Strong background in servers, virtualization, networking, storage, backup solutions, and information security.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure across multi‑site and multi‑user environments.
• Excellent English communication skills and experience working in a global setting.
