Senior HR Business Unit Leader – Electrophysiology

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Human Resources for the Electrophysiology business unit in Israel. In this strategic partnership role you will translate business priorities into people, talent, culture and workforce actions that drive performance and support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute people strategies that enable leadership, culture, capability building, transformation and responsible AI‑enabled ways of working.
• Partner across OneHR to deliver coordinated, integrated solutions that improve business outcomes and the employee experience.
• Lead organization design, workforce planning and talent risk identification to support growth, innovation and disciplined execution.
• Drive transformation and change initiatives, anticipate risks and track adoption, engagement and capability metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in HR, Business, OD or related field preferred.
• Minimum 8 + years progressive HR or business leadership experience, including HR business partnership, organization effectiveness and talent strategy.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders, translate business priorities into people outcomes and operate in a global, matrixed, regulated environment.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
