Senior HR Business Partner, Software

About the role

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join its Israel software team. You will work closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies that drive growth, talent development, and employee retention.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and managers to understand business needs and build organizational capabilities.
• Lead HR initiatives that support hiring, talent development, performance management, and employee retention.
• Advise managers and employees on people‑related matters, ensuring fair and balanced solutions.
• Use people and business data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Support annual performance and talent review processes.
• Collaborate closely with global HR and corporate teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 8+ years of HR Business Partner experience in a global, fast‑paced organization.
• Strong business partnership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical, data‑driven approach with ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Workday (advantage).
