Senior Board Design Engineer, Sustain

About the role

NVIDIA's HW Sustain team in Israel is seeking an experienced board designer to own the engineering of networking products after they enter production. You will support next‑generation data‑center infrastructure, ensuring high performance and reliable GPU connectivity.

Key responsibilities

• Take engineering ownership of released networking products and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership to increase product availability, reduce cost, and resolve manufacturability issues.
• Debug and resolve hardware‑related quality problems to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead multi‑layer PCB design and high‑current power delivery projects for data‑center switches.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of board design experience on complex hardware projects.
• Hands‑on lab skills and proven ability to lead multi‑layer PCB designs.
• Experience with high‑current power delivery and high‑speed design.
• Strong project management, independent work style, and excellent interpersonal skills.
