Senior Backend Software Engineer

About the role

Semperis is seeking a seasoned Backend Software Engineer to join its flagship product team. You will lead feature development from concept through production, working in a fast‑paced, innovative environment focused on cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship high‑impact backend features from initial design to production release.
• Write clean, maintainable C# code, analyze data, and contribute to overall software architecture.
• Maintain quality and agility throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new capabilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on .NET Framework/Core C# development.
• Strong expertise in multithreading, object‑oriented programming, and design patterns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience deploying on‑premises Windows Server solutions.
• Proven ability to lead feature development in an enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with cloud deployment concepts is a plus.
