Senior ASIC Hardware Design Engineer

About the role

NVIDIA is building a new group in Israel focused on security engines and RISC‑V processor IPs. As a Senior ASIC Hardware Design Engineer you will contribute to high‑performance, low‑power ASIC designs that power a wide range of NVIDIA products, from graphics cards to autonomous‑driving platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in micro‑architecture development and create detailed specification documents.
• Implement designs in RTL and collaborate with verification engineers to ensure functional correctness.
• Apply logic‑design expertise to meet performance, power, and area targets.
• Deliver clean synthesis and timing results while working closely with the physical design team to guarantee routability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in complex ASIC or chip design projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a global, cross‑functional team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Verilog and/or SystemVerilog.
• Deep understanding of logic design, RTL implementation, and VLSI concepts.
• Experience with physical design considerations and timing closure.
