Senior Analyst, Market Delivery

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Market Delivery team in Israel. The role supports Customer Delivery Europe, acting as a bridge between divisions, operations, technology, and global product teams to ensure smooth onboarding of complex customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver standard projects and products with high customer satisfaction.
• Manage medium to large customers with standard or moderately complex scopes.
• Handle basic escalations and non‑complex operational or technical issues, escalating when needed.
• Perform PMO functions, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring project timelines are met.
• Support Technical Account Management services and drive cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Understanding of the payments ecosystem and Mastercard products.
• Basic project management skills.
• Native Hebrew speaker with fluent English.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to provide technical advice.
• Effective communication with stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
