Security Operations Analyst – Detection & Response

About the role

We are looking for a Security Operations Analyst focused on detection and response to protect Aidoc’s cloud environments, products and sensitive healthcare data. You will investigate SIEM alerts, support incident response and continuously improve our security monitoring. The role requires hands‑on analysis of security signals and clear communication with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate SIEM alerts across cloud, product, identity, endpoint and SaaS environments, separating false positives from real threats and prioritising based on risk.
• Escalate high‑risk findings with concise summaries of impact, cause and required actions.
• Support incident response by collecting evidence, assisting containment, tracking remediation and maintaining investigation records.
• Enhance SIEM rules, dashboards, alert logic, playbooks and telemetry coverage to reduce noise and improve detection quality.
• Collaborate with Security, IT, DevOps, R&D, Product Security and Compliance teams to resolve issues and strengthen operations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in security operations, SOC analysis, detection & response or cloud security.
• Hands‑on experience with SIEM investigations, alert triage, log analysis and case escalation.
• Familiarity with cloud‑native environments (IAM, storage, Kubernetes, containers, APIs, CI/CD pipelines).
• Understanding of common attack techniques such as credential compromise, phishing, privilege escalation and cloud misconfigurations.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to document investigations clearly.
