About the role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Implementation Specialist to lead the design, deployment and optimisation of Salesforce solutions across the organisation. This hands‑on role blends technical implementation with business process improvement, requiring close collaboration with senior stakeholders and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and optimise end‑to‑end business processes on the Salesforce platform.
• Lead the interface between business requirements and technology solutions.
• Work with integrated systems and ensure seamless data flow.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
• Provide ongoing optimisation and support for existing Salesforce environments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional projects.
• Experience working with internal customers and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong background in business process analysis and design.
