RF Hardware Engineer

About the role

We are an innovative technology company seeking an RF Hardware Engineer to join our growing R&D team in Rehovot. This hands‑on position works within a multidisciplinary hardware group, focusing on the design, development and testing of advanced electronic systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop RF circuits and hardware for products operating at 5 GHz and above.
• Perform hardware bring‑up, troubleshooting and comprehensive testing using RF and digital test equipment.
• Collaborate closely with mechanical, firmware and software engineers to integrate solutions.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (mandatory).
• 5+ years of hands‑on industry experience in RF hardware engineering, excluding academic projects.
• Proven experience designing and testing RF circuits at 5 GHz+.

Required skills

• RF circuit design and testing.
• ORCAD Schematics Editor.
• RF test equipment: VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator.
• Digital test equipment: Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer.
• Allegro PCB Editor (advantage).
• Programming basics in C, C++, Rust, Python.
• MATLAB, FPGA knowledge, radar system familiarity.
