Retail Sales Associate – Resort Shop

About the role

As a Retail Sales Associate at Club Med Resorts you will be the friendly face of the resort shop, creating a welcoming atmosphere and helping guests discover the perfect products to enhance their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, identify their needs and provide personalized advice.
• Handle till operations and process sales transactions efficiently.
• Create attractive window displays and table arrangements following Club Med standards.
• Implement and restock clothing and accessories to drive sales.
• Continuously seek innovative ways to showcase products.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze product turnover.
• Promote commercial actions and collaborate with other resort services (sports, events, etc.) to increase store visibility.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and maintain store assets.
