Quality Project Manager

About the role

Philips is seeking a Quality Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects in a regulated MedTech environment. You will drive quality excellence throughout the project lifecycle, using data analysis, risk management and continuous‑improvement tools.

Key responsibilities

• Review project data and metrics to identify quality issues, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Initiate, plan and execute projects while implementing comprehensive quality control plans aligned with Philips’ QMS standards.
• Monitor progress, detect deviations and lead corrective actions to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Assess compliance, risks and impact on deliverables; support teams with quality tools such as FMEA.
• Prepare clear quality reports for stakeholders, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate, accessible quality documentation for knowledge sharing.
• Identify root causes, propose solutions and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma and emerging AI methodologies to enhance project quality.
• Support root‑cause analysis and long‑term corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, Project Management or a related field.
• 8+ years leading global, cross‑functional projects in MedTech or other regulated environments.
• Proven experience managing budgets, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Track record of driving organizational change and continuous improvement.
• Experience with AI‑based agents and data analysis.
• Strong reporting and executive communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
