About the role
The company is a leading industrial manufacturer of advanced energy and battery solutions for defense customers worldwide. It seeks a Quality Manager to lead the quality function within a small, dedicated team.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Quality function for a department of approximately three employees.
- Report directly to the senior Quality Manager and act as the professional authority on quality matters.
- Lead and monitor quality processes across a diverse product portfolio.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation.
- Collaborate closely with major industrial and defence customers, including Elbit Systems.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management.
- Background in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience primarily in the pharmaceutical sector is less suitable.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary range of ILS 12,000–14,000, dependent on experience.
- Meals provided on site.
- Travel reimbursement and transportation from Be'er Sheva.
- Full‑time schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
