About the role

Join BIRD Aerosystems as a Project Manager in the Products Division, leading challenging projects from concept to delivery while meeting strategic goals and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate effective communication between project team members and stakeholders.

Required profile

• BSc in Engineering from a recognized university; higher degree is an advantage.
• 5–7 years of experience managing significant R&D projects, contracts, and negotiations in the defense/aerospace sector.
• Proven ability to manage complex systems and projects.
• Experience in budget management and project scheduling.
• Strong technical and business acumen with the ability to convert customer needs into actionable product and system requirements.
• Exceptional team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
