Project Manager – Precision Machining & Manufacturing

About the role

Metalicone is looking for an experienced, hands‑on Project Manager to own customer projects from order receipt through production, assembly and final delivery. The role acts as the main interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring requirements are met on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from order receipt to final delivery, building timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Production, Assembly, Planning, Supply Chain and Quality.
• Manage suppliers and subcontractors to meet project schedules and quality requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and resolve production constraints or bottlenecks.
• Communicate project status, technical issues and delivery commitments directly to customers.
• Track costs, schedules and performance indicators, providing regular updates to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project or product management within a manufacturing, machining or metalworking environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, production planning and technical documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Priority ERP.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills in a dynamic production setting.
